My Approach

What

Drives Me

No team, no playbook — just figuring out what needs to exist, then building it myself.

Builder

I write the backend, the frontend, and the AI pipeline myself. If it needs building, I build it.

Researcher

Before I write a line of code, I talk to the people who'll actually use it — real conversations, not assumptions.

Relentless

Self-imposed deadlines, no external pressure needed. I move because I want to, not because someone's watching.

About Me

I build compliance infrastructure for startups that enterprise tools were never designed for. Currently solo, currently full-time, currently in my final year at PSG Tech.

Company Profile

Avaril

Consent management and privacy documentation, kept in sync.

Avaril is compliance infrastructure for early-stage Indian startups — keeping consent management, privacy documentation, and data retention in sync as products evolve, instead of solving each once and letting them drift apart.

Our Process

Before I Build, I Prove It's

Worth Building

Most ideas die from being built too early. Here's the filter I run everything through first.

/01

Idea

Found the gap by studying privacy law, not chasing a trend. Most healthtech and fintech startups treat consent and documentation as separate problems — solved once, never revisited.

/02

Validate

Talked to founders directly, not surveys. The signal I trust: when multiple people, unprompted, describe the exact same pain point without me leading them there.

/03

Show Results

Took what I learned back to the people who helped shape it — early findings, real feedback loops, before a single feature was locked in.

/04

Build

Only then does the MVP get built — backend, frontend, AI pipeline, all of it, solo. By this point, I'm not guessing what to build.

FAQs

FAQs

Why compliance? Why now?

I found the gap by accident — studying privacy law for a college exam, not chasing a trend. Turns out most healthtech and fintech startups in India treat consent and privacy documentation as separate problems, solved once and forgotten. The consent banner says one thing, the privacy policy says another, and neither matches what the product actually does six months later. Nobody was building for that gap. So I am.
